I have a older Sony VAIO VGN-TX750P. When I try to pair with the BTSA1, it recognizes the product but asks for a PIN and won't take no for an answer, so the connection fails. The VAIO successfully pairs with my mouse. What do I do?

Thanks

It is common to have problems while pairing up with some other devices. I always go for online help. There are more opportunities to clarify doubts regarding technical and non-technical sections.
